Purpose and goal
The objective of the project is to enable IoT World to become a national cluster in collaboration with IoT Sverige. The goal is to create a national platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration within IoT, to strengthen Sweden´s ecosystem and position internationally. It promotes growth by accelerating the use of IoT for efficiency and sustainability, as well as supporting regional business. Sub-goal: ● Develop a long-term sustainable organizational and financing model with regional nodes.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to lead to a strong national platform that increases collaboration and knowledge exchange within IoT, which strengthens Sweden´s position and reputation internationally. By supporting companies´ access to international markets and promoting regional and national growth, the project contributes to faster IoT development with positive effects for efficiency and sustainability in several sectors. This lays the foundation for long-term innovation and global competitiveness.
Planned approach and implementation
- Carry out market research and current state analyzes and based on this design a sustainable organizational and business model for the cluster. - Design a membership model for the cluster. - Identify potential collaboration partners and funding opportunities for the cluster´s continued development and growth. - Develop a communication strategy. - Renew the silver certificate for IoT World through The European Secretariat for Cluster.
