Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project is to carry out structured preparatory work to ensure that Climeons EIC Accelerator-application for funding of a main project including validation, industrialization and preparations for the start of series production of Climeon´s next generation ORC WHR solution has high quality and a strong implementation and financing basis. The goal of the project is to submit a competitive EIC Accelerator-ansökan under Horizon Europe 2026

Expected effects and result

The planning project is expected to result in a submitted, competitive EIC Accelerator-application with a clearly defined main project. The project strengthens the quality of the implementation and financing basis by clearly describing the innovations of the ORC WHR solution, its commercial and climate benefits as well as market and scalability potential. Overall, the project increases the conditions for external EU funding and future scaling up.

Planned approach and implementation

The planning project is carried out through four clearly defined work packages over a period of six months: Identification and analysis of relevant innovation activities and IP situation; Market and customer analyses through workshops and dialogues with potential pilot customers; Development of project implementation plan including selection of activities, structure, budget and KPIs; Development, internal review and submission of EIC Accelerator application with external EU consultant support.
