Purpose and goal
The aim of this project is to plan and prepare an application for the EDF-2025-LS-DA-SME call — part of the European Defence Fund´s development actions dedicated to SMEs, implemented through lump sum grants. Grafren AB possesses a unique technology that could play a crucial role in future defence-related applications, such as unmanned aerial and marine vehicles. The project will focus on preparing the application for the EDF application with several international partners.
Expected effects and result
Results of the activity will be: collected actors and approval them as a partners for the application; negotiations and agreement on the role and activity in the project; agreement on the IP share and budget share. Additionally, partners in the consortium will agree on the communication & dissemination actions. Finally, the draft of the application will be prepared and submitted for funding by EDF.
Planned approach and implementation
Coordinator (Grafren AB) will share the project idea (email/calls/visits) with the invited partners, discuss the concept and agree on the final project idea and activities. With every partner will be discussed its role, activity, resources and outcome expected. Based on this with every partner we will agree on the budget and IP rights sharing. Collected information will be discussed with the consultancy company, which will create the structure and execute the writing of the main document.
