Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to produce and test a prototype of a UNOPS Global innovation centre at Ideon. The results are a stake holder group, a prestudy report with the prototype descibed, and amission proposal for the Swedish governement and UNOPS to negotiate about. The plan has been followed, with some ajusting in time. The conversations with Vinnova has been appreciated during the process and now, after the prestudy and hopefully as an asignment from the Swedish government, the next step will be a project plan on how to establish the centre and put the first Challenges to work.
