Since the system has been developed according to plan the purpose and goal of the project has been achieved.
Results and expected effects
During the development process a new business opportunity appeared which had great potential.
Approach and implementation
By following the project plan and include customers already at an early stage in the development process we have been able to create a truly customer-oriented service. This has also led to new business opportunities, which before were unknown. To involve the customer at an early stage has been crucial to the success of this project.
