Purpose and goal

After receiving funding from Vinnova, we have fulfilled all set objectives by having further developed the insulation material with increased solidity, based on 100% natural materials with a further improved insulating ability without the material losing its previous attributes. We have also conducted a very successful market research and developed and validated our business model.

Expected results and effects

The result of the financing project gives us a very good basis for an efficient market introduction, which would not have been possible in such a short time without the financing from Vinnova. We achieved our expected results but the work towards these results was not as expected. A lot of trials and tests were required, which we had planned for, but not to the same degree as the reality.

Planned approach and implementation

The set-up and implementation was very well planned, except that the work with the development of the product could have taken a little longer. We solved it by spending more hours than expected on the R&D parts to catch up with the next part of the plan. This did not impact the implementation but only took up more of our own time, which was not included in the planning but may be something to jeep in mind in the future.
