Purpose and goal
Develop a concept for an organizational diagnostic system that can measure and analyze the conditions for wellbeing, innovation, and productivity in real time.
Expected results and effects
This project is based on a concept where all employees in an organization can act as a sensor. It allows an organization to measure conditions for Wellbeing, Innovation, and Productivity, in real time. We want to create a meta-framework called "The Organization´s Diagnosis System" with the purpose of identifying and taking proactive measures in real time if the conditions for an organization to be Healthy, Innovative and Productive are missing. In the same way as the driver of a car is warned if the engine is about to break.
Planned approach and implementation
The project consists of four WP´s according to: WP1 Project management WP2 Related work We will make a review of related work to see not only what has been done before, but also to position this work in a good way based on existing research. AP3 Analysis of Existing Data We want to analyze separate data sets, collected by Prindit, linked to innovation, wellbeing, and productivity, as a whole to find common denominators as well as differences. AP4 Framework for the Organization´s Diagnosis System The results will be compiled in a report.
