Important results from the project
The aim of the project was to develop a concept called the organization´s diagnostic system, based on the concept behind technical diagnostic systems, which measures and analyzes real-time conditions regarding well-being, innovation and productivity in organizations.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have developed a first version of a diagnostic system for organizations based on the areas of well-being, innovativeness and productivity. This means that we can diagnose conditions for employees to be able to go into delivery mode to meet deadlines, get the recovery needed after delivery for increased well-being, and be able to explore and learn new for increased innovation.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** This project builds on our research, where we have worked for several years to understand three aspects of the workplace, well-being, productivity and innovation, each one individually. What we do now is to merge our research areas to create a holistic view of the conditions for long-term sustainability in an organization. In this project we analyzed data from a large number of users who all used the leadership tool Prindit.
