Important results from the project
Three goals were defined for this project: 1. Ensure the intellectual property rights: one patent is now being finalized and a series of experiments are currently being performed to strengthen a second patent. 2. Market Analysis: this has helped us and investors to understand the value of our technologies. It has also helped in identifying new customers and markets. 3. Potential business models have been evaluated by the market analysis company and by investors we have been pitching for. The project support has helped us understand how our business model should be structured.
Expected long term effects
With the IP situation evaluated, our products are now closer to the market. The market analysis helped us to understand the value of our inventions and also in identifying a multibillion market with a perfect fit for our technology. We have during the project period established customer contact and are now working on a custom solution to fit the customer’s needs. We have also identified a CEO-candidate that we hope to hire 2021. In summary we are now more attractive to investors and our path to market has been laid out.
Approach and implementation
Before project start we had established contact with both a market analysis company and an intellectual property firm. Via the market analysis and own investigations we have identified customers to whom we pitched our products and received valuable feedback. We consider the CEO position as crucial to accelerate the path to market and we have identified a candidate for the position. To put our products on the market, we need further capital. Hence we have pitched our technologies to a few investors. There we have also gotten valuable feedback on our suggested business model.
