Important results from the project
Purpose & Objective: Applying and further developing gender-hand at existing innovationprocesses and examine the conditions for a horizontal innovation support system with a norm-critical perspective. By processing Gender hand and the business model canvas where a battery of questions presented to illustrate the innovation process with a norm critical pespective. Through the project, we have laid a good foundation for further development of a horizontal innovationsuport system. We see that the purpose and the objectives are fulfilled.
Expected long term effects
Results: Six innovation peaks with norm critical questions related to the different steps based on Business Model Canvas. We have tested the model at three idea workshops. During the project, we have created two films. One effect has been that other regions have been interested in the inspirational videos that we created in the project. Summary: We see that the project achieved the expected results and the effects of the project has exceeded our expectations and it is very important that we can continue our work, develop the methodology and to coordinate the innovation system together.
Approach and implementation
In summary, the time and activity plan that we made initially in the project did not hold, for example, we started test activity earlier than planned, which was valuable for project performance achievement and the quality of the norm critical working method increased when more people got involved. Questionnaire to representatives of clusters / networks have been conducted. Dissemination of project results to HUMlab, Umeå University and Luleå Tekniska Universitet, we have hopes for further research in the area.
