Purpose and goal
Develop a brand new data model aimed at analysis of different kinds of online video content.
Expected results and effects
The project has resulted in several commercial offerings to global media groups which utilize a business model based on digital video content, primarily AVOD.
Planned approach and implementation
This has been a very exciting project with several engaged stakeholders. The topic turned out to be even more ambitious than originally anticipated, therefore some re-prioritization of work packages was done during the project. Primarily work packages related to a new standardized data model for video as well as new libraries (SDKs) for data collection required substantially more time than originally planned.
