Purpose and goal
The project´s objectives are met through two new products developed by suppliers. 4S has obtained a good knowledge of innovation procurement.
Results and expected effects
Two new products have been developed through the project, we have also, with the participation of eg Swedish Water rörnätskonferens illustrated the problem scenario, which increased interest from clients for the new products.
Approach and implementation
The project has worked well. All suppliers have followed the schedules etc. As clients, we could (4S) marketed the contract in a better way. An open suppliers day with targeted invitations to vendors could certainly have resulted in more interest and ultimately more prototypes. There may be more steps to stimulate interest in connection with the start of the contract.
