Purpose and goal

Purpose: Smart Front, a new method for renovation of Million Programme, where all the work is done on the outside. The system uses existing heating systems in a very energy efficient way. This method means that people can stay in their apartments during the renovation period. Fulfillment: Traditional construction methods are performed with integrated ventilation and heating systems. SamrtFront has developed one of the most energy and cost efficient systems. The turnkeysystem has been introduced in the market wih sucess.

Expected results and effects

The project was intended to create a better living environment, lower energy consumption and implement the renovation with little disturbance to the tenants. No evacuation will need to take place. Energy consumption has decreased over 50% in the completed objekts.The residents experience a warmer, quieter and cleaner indoor environment. Our supply air diffusers mean that warm air is supplied whitout disturbing cooling effects.The property will increase in value and use value is raised.

Planned approach and implementation

Fundamental analysis of the problems that are associated with home improvement has been made. We have also seen that the only way to reach environmental targets is to use FTX ventilation and insulation.ator and A security module is designed to eliminate the risk of the spread of smoke. The mounting framework used for window mounting has been continuously developed in consultation with specialists window. Measurements have been made on the SP test center and audio consultant.
