Purpose and goal
Projektet NDA Analyser has shown the market that artificial intelligence can be used effectively and proactively to assist an organization in reviewing non-disclosure agreements in English.
Expected results and effects
During the course of the project, a working prototype and business model for AI-based review of non-disclosure agreements in English was developed, in consultation with commercial actors. The initial effects have shown a positive response at the business level as the review can be delegated to the roles closest to the business - with the effect of reducing lead times for review of non-disclosure agreements.
