Important results from the project

Navari´s objective was to be in a position, after completing the program, where we have expanded our international network and gained a better understanding of the American market. After completing the project, it is easy to state that the program achieved all objectives and more. Today, we have gained an understanding of basic aspects and, above all, established a network and a hub, which means that future expansion to the USA has a significantly lower threshold. We have also made important contacts with Stanford Hospital, a very prominent hospital, where we met several surgeons.

Expected long term effects

As expected, the Reach program provided great insights into the Silicon Valley ecosystem. A large part of the insights and understanding we gained feels difficult to achieve without being on site. We also got to take part in mentorship where we have a designated mentor who will have regular meetings with us digitally.

Approach and implementation

The setup was a hybrid approach where one half of the program was already completed digitally, with workshops in different areas with experts in each field. The second half was spent on site in Silicon Valley. As mentioned earlier, the visit to Silicon Valley was incredibly rewarding, and important. Experiencing the differences that exist both culturally and in terms of business would not have been possible remotely. The only comment is that some lectures and workshops were digital, which felt a bit wasteful considering that we traveled all the way to the US.
