Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The main aim of the project was to contribute to the implementation of more ideas in health care. Through concrete regional project activities that identified obstacles, rewards were demonstrated through five tools for implementation. Furthermore, the knowledge of the target groups regarding obstacles and opportunities for implementation was increased Through the project´s proven results and the developed tools, the goals are considered to be mostly met, as several of the tools have also been implemented, made available for external actors

Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was organized around 3 components 1 Base parts 2 Fokus area 3 Activities BASE PARTS-Project managements Meetings counteracted activity-silos, Evaluation, was made continuously-connected to the effect logic. 1 Coordination/project managements 2 State-of-the-art 3 Knowledge & Comunication FOKUS AREA-central parts of the project 1) Systematic evaluation 2 Laws 3 Organisation 4) Upphandling ACTIVITIES-Operativ units Possibility existed to add/end activities, which gave great flexibility to control as needed.
