Important results from the project
Envisage and submit a project whose aims include: 1. Empower user interfaces with information of emotional condition of users, thus allowing innovative solutions in health care, safety and accessibility. 2.Complement scientific and non-scientific skills of the proponent researcher. 3. Start a long-term partnership between FEI and Halmstad University.
Expected long term effects
The project plan was developed and a project proposal was submitted to VINNMER Marie Curie Incoming. The contacts that were established contribute to developing a long-term research collaboration between FEI and Halmstad University.
Approach and implementation
The study visit took place from 22 August to 5 September 2015. Dr. Sanches had scientific discussions with researchers at CAISR, held a presentation to CAISR about his home institution, his research activities and about the objectives and methodology to tackle the proposal challenge. Furthermore, he visited the Centre for Health Technology Halland as well as the Electronics Centre in Halmstad. As a consequence of the approach and arrangements, the projects met its goals.
