Important results from the project

The project has strengthened the incubator’s processes to accelerate startup development, attracted more capital, and increased the inflow of quality companies. New tools and methods improved coaching accuracy, and more companies reached the market faster. Collaborations with SISP, NBSCALE, and Scandinavian Startup Week opened doors nationally and internationally, while new financing solutions strengthen companies’ growth journeys and add value.

Expected long term effects

The project is creating a stronger innovation system where shared methods and sustainability tools are applied nationally. This makes the incubator a natural part of a larger structure supporting entrepreneurs. International collaborations enhance visibility and attractiveness, while regional collaboration with academia, industry, and investors improves capital access and broadens inflow. Together, this leads to more sustainable growth companies contributing to the societal transition.

Approach and implementation

The project was based on Movexum’s incubation program, which was further developed during the project. Idea inflow increased and broadened through competitions. With BoostChamber and individual development plans, each company gained access to coaching, verification funds and expert support. New financing solutions were built with partners. Sustainability reviews and teamdevelopment methodology were integrated. Internationalization was promoted through NBSCAL. Systematic follow-up in the CRM.
