Important results from the project
The MONITOR project aims to develop an AI-powered, continuous digital twin-based framework for real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, formal verification and adaptive safety validation of AI-powered safety-critical embedded systems to ensure their reliability, resilience and regulatory compliance throughout their operational lifecycle. The planning project achieved its objective and has developed an internationally competitive project application.
Expected long term effects
The project has laid the foundation for a flagship project that not only respects strict regulatory requirements but also strengthens Europe´s leadership in digital innovation and cybersecurity through the creation of a strong, diverse and multidisciplinary consortium. The planning project was a crucial step in securing the final MONITOR proposal.
Approach and implementation
Over a period of five months, we refined the MONITOR framework through collaboration with national and international partners and built a competitive project application with a focus on digital innovation and safety & security.
