Purpose and goal

To develop and empower the participating universities´ abilities regarding: A) Alumni - Work life connections B) Students as a resource in innovation processes C) Competence broking och mobility

Expected results and effects

Subproject A: A common model has been developed for the institutions´ collaboration with alumni. Subproject B: Has tested five different concepts instead of three as the target. A sharp implementation of the concepts has been made and a common guide has been developed for the five concepts. Subproject C: Has developed a guide for managing assignments, assignment research and assignment training in a university or holding company. One of the institutions has now the holding company to be the contractual interface for external actors who want to rent /labs equipment at the university.

Planned approach and implementation

Linnaeus University was project manager for MINT. The project was divided into three independent sub-projects (except VFT1). Follow-up has taken place between main project managers and sub-project managers. In addition, internal meetings have been held in the four universities and exchange between the subprojects. The entire project group has gathered on a couple of occasions during the project period. Regarding VFT 1 - see attachment.
