Important results from the project
Yes, the project´s objective was met. About ten meetings were held with strategic actors, and collaborations were established or deepened with, among others, Isle, Siemens and Global Kinetics. The project has deepened our understanding of the American water market, especially in California, and strengthened our market strategy and business model ahead of a planned establishment.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to establish a presence in the US market starting in 2027, including developing a market-adapted MVP and running pilot projects. In the longer term, this can contribute to reduced environmental impact through more efficient operation of water supply systems, as well as to increased exports of Swedish AI-based technology and strengthened international competitiveness.
