Important results from the project
Unfortunately, the project has not been approved for the second stage of the application process. However, while the decision was awaited, meetings were planned to improve the project based on its weaknesses, strengths and the consortium.
Expected long term effects
Although the proposal did not progress to the second stage, the work on this proposal paved the way for further collaboration between the core team partners. The work done during the first stage of the proposal actually served as an impetus to work together on another proposal, as we saw that the collaboration worked.
Approach and implementation
The project was organized around four work packages, from consortium consolidation to internal review, improvement, budget and submission. While waiting for the first evaluation phase, the partners had the opportunity to meet and work with the consortium to try to understand if there were any skills that were missing and to work towards a strong and complete consortium. In addition, they also had the opportunity to discuss and review the proposal. Not all work has been done.
