Purpose and goal
The purpose of this preliminary study was to thoroughly work through the concept of caprolactone production from the sugar platform and to seek an innovation program within Bioinnovation. These goals are met and an application for a sub-project in Bio-innovation has been submitted.
Expected results and effects
The result of this preliminary study is a submitted application for a sub-project for Bio-innovation.
Planned approach and implementation
This pre-study has actively worked to include a second company, conducted detailed literature studies, investigated market conditions and have written an application.
