Important results from the project

We created a working group and a reference to the most efficient way to do the study, but also get a good overall view and participation. We have had many different parties, both SMEs and large companies and unions, the Work Environment Authority and the experts in the working environment, organization and gamification and technology. Different angles were discussed, a focus on what was important to create solutions for a challenge. We realized the importance of creating solutions that create desire to use new technology and create a situation awareness of the organization and employees.

Expected long term effects

The following conclusions were reached: Focusing with a human-centered approach is important and there is a need to develop practical support for human-centered design of digital solutions. Creating situational awareness by developing tools for end users to see and understand the big picture. Create an active human-robot cooperation by allowing the robot to guide operators how to solve the robots own mechanical limits with real-time interaction between robots and humans. Augmented reality can be a useful tool for interaction and learning.
