Purpose and goal
The project has satisifed it´s purpose of exploring market needs within the area of food innovation. It has further contributed to meetings between food producers and market representatives
Results and expected effects
The project goal was to produce a minimum of 5 new ideas, and establish collaborations to bring the products to market. The project generated at least 1 idea per entreprneur (7), but in most cases several new ideas. The project did however not lead to as many collaborations and pilot applications as expected.
Approach and implementation
The project connected seven food producers (entrepreneurs) with seven market representatives (distributors, chefs and experts) in a full day workshop at a Gubbhuset, a restaurant at Skansen. The project was an effective forum for exploring needs and generating ideas. The following process, where the netreprenuers were responsible for detailing the ideas and solifiying the relationships, did however not lead to as many applications as expected. Partly due to ´business as usual´ getting in the way, and partly because it turned out difficult to attract the market representatives.
