Purpose and goal
The aim is to strengthen our EIC Accelerator Open-application by refining the clinical study design, regulatory strategy, IPR and business plan for the company in general and our first-to-market product against osteosarcoma in particular to highlight the high degree of feasibility. The goal is a proposal to EIC Accelerator Open (Short application) with strengthened competitiveness through optimization of, among other things, the company´s IPR position and business plan.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a competitive EIC Accelerator-application with optimized clinical study design, regulatory strategy, IP position and business plan. Ultimately, this will enable faster clinical introduction of LIT1001 for osteosarcoma, which may increase survival, reduce side effects and pave the way for broader treatment of solid tumors.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is divided into three work packages: (1) Preparation and submission of EIC Accelerator-ansökan, (2) Freedom-to-operate analysis for IP protection, (3) Business planning with market and regulatory analysis. Implementation is carried out via internal resources and external experts, with a focus on clinical study design, IP strategy and commercialization plan.
