Important results from the project
Leading Health Care Foundation has run a network of business developers and line managers with development projects. We have assembled a group where everyone has been given a change mandate. The focus of the network are the challenges in implementing new roles and forms of cooperation, with a focus on both the processes and the susceptibility of the surrounding organization.
Expected long term effects
The network has met five times and discussed chosen themes. Network participants themselves have proposed the chosen themes and focus on the network meetings, and networking management has invited guests who have brought expertise to the discussions. Approach and implementation
