Purpose and goal
The project´s aim is to explore and develop a new type of knowledge hub for the food system. The goal is to make reliable insights from research, market and policy more accessible and usable for actors throughout the value chain. By strengthening their ability to make data-driven decisions, the project creates the conditions for increased competitiveness, innovation and long-term development.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a pilot platform that demonstrates how AI can facilitate access to and analysis of complex data within the food system. In the short term, this gives actors better conditions for knowledge-based collaboration and innovation. In the longer term, the ambition is to contribute to a more competitive, resilient and sustainable Swedish food system with a strengthened international position.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is being implemented in several phases, focusing on mapping needs, analyzing existing data sources, and testing new ways of working together with relevant actors in the food system. The work combines research, practical testing, and dialogue with users to ensure relevance and quality. The results from each phase are continuously evaluated and form the basis for the development of a pilot that demonstrates the project´s capabilities.
