Important results from the project
The project’s goal of accelerating the path to market for impact-driven companies was achieved. We have built a strong network, attracted capital, and enabled faster development of innovative companies in the food sector. At the same time, the project has generated unexpected outcomes, such as international collaborations, co-incubation initiatives, and increased national and international attractiveness.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to contribute to a more robust and efficient innovation environment for food companies in Sweden. Through stronger networks, improved access to capital, and more effective incubation processes, better conditions are created for companies to contribute to a sustainable and resilient food system at both national and international levels.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out with a continuous intake of companies into the incubator, combined with individual coaching, e-learning, access to expertise, and capital networks. The focus was on broadening the portfolio within the food sector, streamlining the incubation process, and creating structures for financing and internationalization. The project was developed iteratively based on the needs of the target group.
