Important results from the project
The project aim was to explore the European market and during the project the Swedish/Nordic market proved to be the most important for the company in its current phase. The goal was to identify new customers which has been met with good margin.
Expected long term effects
KeytoLead has now an improved knowledge regarding the european market. The new extended network is now used for business developing activities.
Approach and implementation
The European market was investigated with input from business organisations and a business coach. KeytoLead has participated at conferences and business development meeting directed at the life science industry as well as participated in an internationalisation course provided by Uppsala Innovation Centre.
