Important results from the project
The project has been designed to verify whether development of an API service is an appropriate and realistic strategy to accelerate the rollout of Arkimera´s core product. The project has, to the highest degree, confirmed that this is the case.
Expected long term effects
The project was expected to give the following effects: 1. Obtain relevant and realistic information about potential customer groups and users. 2. Identify the key factors behind a successful product. 3. Based on the above findings, set up relevant business goals as well as create a clear strategy to achieve these goals. The project has generated the expected effects on all points.
Approach and implementation
The questions in the project description have been verified mainly through market research conducted by Arkimera´s own team, but also with the help of external companies. Relevant business goals and strategies for achieving these goals have been developed with business developer from the incubator, which also assisted with the market research design.
