Venture Test beds for society´s challenges

Important results from the project

We have succeeded in meeting the purpose of the testbed operations in this project. The work done has been beneficial for facilitating the development of effective technology for water quality monitoring. It has also been useful for making new technology available for the entire water cycle and for us who are to meet future challenges related to water quality. Furthermore, the project has led to that the testbed and its concepts will worked with in the future.

Expected long term effects

The project has yielded very good results, although the results have not always been in line with the expected outcomes. The expected outcomes for development of the business plan and concrete offers have not materialized. Similarly, the expected outcomes for the implementation of techniques have not been fully met. However, we have exceeded the expectations when it comes to getting a good understanding of the offers on the market and the potential in products under development, when it comes to water quality monitoring, including those that could enable recirculation of water.

Approach and implementation

The design and implementation of the project has worked well, as it has been done with a flexible constellation of members who have had the ability to parry for large changes in personnel, as well as to modify the resource usages, leading to shifting from less to more feasible ways of working.
