Expected long term effects

The outcome was according to our expectations from the project. We have received two reports and half a day´s workshop to discuss and better understand our position in the market from the IP perspective. It also provided us with the required tools and necessary decisions to implement the outcomes in our company structure.

Approach and implementation

The design of the project worked very well according to Vinnova´s suggestion; it consisted of three parts. Part A: Identification of the current and potential intangible assets. Part B: Screening and landscaping of the company´s IP situation in the market. Part C Development of strategy and plan for implementation as well as Identification of risks. Summary and action points based on the accomplished analyses were also provided.
