IP Strategy BM Svets

Purpose and goal

As we increasingly come in contact with situations concerning IP we need a more structured way to make decisions in these situations. The idea was that this report would result in a framework that we could incorporate in our quality manual. The purpose has been fulfilled and we now have several points to implement at different levels in the organization.

Expected results and effects

We have a good analysis of the current situation, from a security point of view and considering the daily activities, and for possible future scenarios. The questions that could not be answered today have been formulated as strategic considerations that need to made continuously based on the changes within and outside the organization.

Planned approach and implementation

We had formulated the plan as three points, where the first two are in the scope of this report and the third is ongoing within the organization. We´ve made sure to have a close collaboration and continuous contact with our partner to make sure that the present conditions in the organization serve as the basis for the analysis which has produced a good result.
