Purpose and goal

Stunlock Studios have within the project identified assets and devised a strategy and process for handling intellectual assets to support the business goals.

Expected results and effects

The company have together with the consultant devised methods and strategy for handling our intellectual assets and registered intellectual property. We are actively using the results of the project in internal processes/projects with a clear commercial focus.

Planned approach and implementation

The project has been conducted together with Bergenstråhle & Partners and it has focussed on the three parts 1) Identification, 2) Competitors and 3) Strategy. We have carried out workshops with key employees to go through and identify the main intellectual assets within the company. The identified assets have been assessed both from their value contribution to the business and their IP control. We have received specific recommendations on how we can strengthen the assets as well as methods for continue to work strategically with these.
