Approach and implementation

The project was carried out as an international comparative study of incubator systems in seven countries. Through interviews with experts and analysis of relevant documents, knowledge about good examples and experiences was collected. The approach was mainly followed according to plan and the activities proved relevant. The collaboration with international actors worked very well. External circumstances affected the project´s schedule, but did not affect the actual implementation or activities.
