Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to provide the public sector with a tool for measuring an organization´s innovation capability and to identify focused improvement measures. The tool has been developed, but the offer has also been extended with several working packages for improving the organization´s capability.
Expected long term effects
The tool Credest is developed to identify weak spots in an organisation´s innovation capability by gathering information from several organizational levels. But in order to handle the improvement potential, additional activities are required. Prospero has therefore developed their offer to include support for change management.
Approach and implementation
The project was planned to be executed in three phases, where the sequence order changed due to two facts: 1. Before adjusting the questions in Credest, a better understanding of the organization was vital. 2. The organization was reviewing the definition of their mission, which was an area where Prospero could offer support based on previous experiences and learn about the organization at the same time.
