Important results from the project

Through this project, we have achieved our purpose and goal of providing us with an analyze of our present situation and to get the controll of how we work today. We now have control of how to manage the intellectual property rights in our company to continue to develop the brewing industry for small and large brewers both inside and outside Sweden´s borders via both Rådanäs.se and our Swedbeer.se brand.

Expected long term effects

We have received both a clear present situation analysis, General Policy for Intellectual Property and a good strategy for how we can work on these issues in our business where the work itself starts now after the project has ended in a continued collaboration with our consultants Zacco 360. They have been very good to cooperate with constant follow-up and many good angles on things we didn´t even think about.

Approach and implementation

We have followed the plan below with our consultants -Preparation / gathering documentation on our business -Identification of current position (business plan - business) -Additional analyzes -Strategy and plan for implementation -The analysis results in a plan for how we should manage our intangible assets to create long-term value for our company. During the project we have had several meetings with good contact in between where each part presented to us by email we then went through together at the next meeting as well as looked at all our processes relating to the topic of the project.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
