Important results from the project

The purpose of the project is to review of, and make strategy proposals regarding, intangible assets in Care to translate AB. This should result in a clear overview of which intangible assets the company owns or lacks and produce a well-developed strategy on how intangible assets will be managed in the future.

The project´s objective has been fulfilled and resulted in a clear overview of the intangible assets the company owns or lacks and a produced a well-developed strategy on how intangible assets will be managed in the future.

Approach and implementation

The project was done in conjunction with consultants from AWA Patent Office and included an identification of current intangible assets in the company, an analysis of its value and how they should be managed. In addition, extensive surveillance and analysis of the company´s competitors and possible future partners was also carried out. Finally, a future strategy was created for the management of intangible assets in the company.
