Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project was to develop inStudy´s concept for a digital study environment to a technical level ready to be used by students and those parties providing study material. This has been accompliched within the project. The basic functionality requested by the market to support the learning process is now available. The distribution of material is based on the epub3-format providing the possibility to support new modern materials as well as new methods for distribution.

Expected results and effects

inStudy´s environment facilitates access to and distribution of study materials of all kind and is designed to support modern learning situations. Students in schools and higher education request easy access to material and functionality to support their learning process. Mobile access is expected and is provided by inStudy´s PC or mobile interface, which supports a consum-on-demand behaviour. For teachers inStudy´s service efficiently facilitates handling and distribution of material providing functionality such as access control and statistics.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was carried out as planned and contributions to the progress was made by the founders of the company as well as external resources. Close contact with students, universities, teachers and publishers has secured that market needs have been considered througout the whole process of designing and developing inStudy´s digital study environment.
