Purpose and goal
The project is part of the SME Instrument, which aims to increase the competitiveness of companies. Results from Produktion2030 are packaged and distributed. The focus has been on: 1. Coaching of companies that participated in Technology Workshops. Development and testing of concepts have been carried out. 2. New packages from R&I- projects. Articles, PPT-presentations and films have been produced. 3. Distribution of results through Produktionslyftet. Development and testing have been carried out, with content in both inspirational material and coaching programs.
Expected results and effects
-Concept for coaching of companies participating in TWS has been developed, with IUC coaches at companies and researchers as expert support -The goal of coaching 10 companies has been achieved - New packages of results from four R&I- projects have been completed and will be published on the P2030 website -Three of the packages will be offered in upcoming TWS in 2020 -Two Start Programs in Produktionslyftet where the expert input is based on Produktion2030 knowledge completed -Results from R&I-projects integrated in the coaching programs and inspirational material
Planned approach and implementation
Coaching companies after TWS: -Coaching effort with IUC and researchers -Distance coaching with researchers tested -Development of process and templates New packages from R&I-project: -Dialogue with the R&I-projects -Packaging work -Follow up and plan for dissemination Dissemination by integrating into Produktionslyftet: -Review project results -Add material, develop pedagogy and methodology -Conduct tests The implementation has worked well with good results and a number of improvement areas have been identified.
