Important results from the project

An innovation management program has been implemented with the aim of: - establishing a platform for a long-term programme, which to a greater extent with scaling capacity, will be able to offer innovation management support for the target group SMF - investigate the possibility of establishing a long-term innovation management program by planning and developing criteria of management and control (organization / process for check handling), mobilize and prepare coaches - develop initial efforts on three SMF All these objectives have been fulfilled during the program.

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The implemented activities of the participating organizations have led to increased knowledge in the subject and insights into what they need to work with to develop innovation processes and offers. The content of the meetings has through dialogue and method tools (value mapping, customer journey, documentation) led to insights about the own organization, customers, the outside world and offers, which has highlighted desirable future situations with action plans containing clear activities.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Due to covid restriction, it took longer than planned to start up the pilots and focus ended up on digital layouts. This has been value-creating in the pilot phase, however, both coaches and participating companies emphasize that on-site meetings are important for working with the "unknown", or new combinations of the known (which innovation constitutes). Important qualities in innovation as well as in the building of internal relationships/innovation teams can also be lost, or delayed. Results in form of material and content reach very high quality.
