** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The book highlights the role of responsible leadership for the development of innovation-driven growth in organizations where responsibility as such has been identified as a strategic resource. The first part of the book shows how management in three companies with global activities has chosen to address the issue of responsible leadership in driving innovation and development. An important finding is that responsible leadership practices uncover friction, norm conflicts and dilemmas.
