Purpose and goal

The aim was to increase interest and understanding of R & D and innovation as opportunities to contribute to the conversion of a sustainable business horse industry. This we succeeded by for a month to collect nominations for the Innovation Talent contest but relatively small means of marketing. In this way, we received about 114 nominations, four finalists and one winner. These have since been helped on into the innovation system of financing, writing applications, etc.

Results and expected effects

Innovation square would become an open arena for taking in different project ideas in place but due förändringhar in the performance we had to change the parts of the original program. For that reason, did not result in the fair we expected. In contrast, innovation, talent contest very successful. One can see that innovation is more attention in the media watched the horse industry and calls where companies and organizations have a possible location for further research or development efforts.

Approach and implementation

The project includes project management, marketing and communication, and implementation of the Innovation Talent Contest, participation in the horse business forum and have a booth at the GHS in 2016, follow-up and plan for Upcoming events in 2017. In 2017 the focus will be on entrepreneurship, the horse in the sustainable city through various seminars and matchmaking events.
