Inkubera Verification Funding Excellence

Purpose and goal

The project is directly linked to incubator companies accepted in the project "Inkubationsstöd Excellens - Inkubera in Örebro AB". The goal has been to strengthen support for new knowledge-intensive companies with international growth potential. In this project we have been able to give incubator companies more effective support and funding in connection to market verification and development of the businesses, which has actively contributed to a faster and more efficient incubation process for these companies, with which Inkubera has also expanded its network of experts.

Expected results and effects

A total of 40 companies have received verification funds based on individual needs, which has contributed to a faster development in the incubation process. It has overall strengthened the companies and their teams, and thereby increased their opportunities to succeed on the market. Among other things, the companies have been able to intensify, secure and improve their marketing efforts and work with business models, which has also led to achieved customers and business. Entrepreneurial wage subsidies have resulted in founding teams being able to work more focused in the companies.

Planned approach and implementation

Company needs have been identified based on the milestone plan that each company work on during the incubator process. Activities have been planned and carried out with ongoing follow-up processes. Expert initiatives have been carried out for example within customer surveys, industry analyzes, sales, marketing communication and law, which have provided important feedback and input in verification and further development of the companies´ business models. Through entrepreneurial wage subsidies, companies have been able to work more focused with their businesses.
