Important results from the project

The coordination project aims to keep the activities within InfraSweden together. The goal has been to ensure the operational and strategic progress of the program as well as appropriate management, support and communication. This has been achieved through open calls, projects and various activities (workshops, seminars and webinars), internal/external strategic discussions, application and project support, innovation coaching, project and impact logic follow-up and internal program meetings.

Expected long term effects

The program´s efforts and activities with a focus on knowledge transfer, skills development and collaboration contribute to establishing a more long-term and needs-driven work with R&I within the sector. Networks and collaboration groups initiated within the framework of the coordination project contribute to the national pooling of power and to ensuring that development and innovation work is conducted based on the needs of the sector and relevant actors.

Approach and implementation

The coordination project is driven through a series of activities that are either continuous (e.g. dialogue, follow-up, communication), recurring with a certain frequency (e.g. open house and general meeting, board meetings, conferences, workshops and seminars), or as needed (e.g. procurement of support services within innovation management). The coordination project activities hold together the strategic/operational work of the program in line with the business plan and program description.
