Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project was to test the business model to see how we need to develop our offering and product to be plug- n-play that we can offer to future customers. We have learned that a certain adaptation of business model and product is needed by industry. Such a product would make our business more relevant and scalable than when we started the project.

Expected results and effects

We have, thanks to funding from Vinnova been able to develop and test our business model and implement the lessons learned from the project in our product and business model. We have learned that certain industry specific modification is necessary for us to be able to offer maximum value to our customers. The result is that we can offer future customers a better product with limited additional work by industry.

Planned approach and implementation

We have found the answers to the questions we had when starting the project. The conclusion is that we need an industry-specific approach and an initial A / B test to optimize the product for each individual customer. Applying these measures, we can see that our recommendations can generate up to 50 % better performance than the solutions that companies use today. It has been difficult to validate the value of our analysis service but it is clear that we can give companies new information about their business and customers, for which they are prepared to pay a monthly fee.
