Important results from the project

The purpose with this project was to develop an ambulatory and user-friendly ECG-device and this has been achieved. The goal of reducing mortality in myocardial infarct among women lies further in the future.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** A portable prototype for recording ECG curves has been developed using a new technology that promotes the user-friendliness of such a product. After processing the signal, it is forwarded and presented in a specially built app. The result from the project is a system that registers and presents ECG-curves.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Of the various parts of the project, the work with electronics made up the largest part. We have collaborated with research institutes but also needed the help of external consultants to make electronics work. Due to this unforeseen work, we have had to re-prioritize and extend the project. Other parts of the project that led to a working prototype have been completed without problems.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
