Purpose and goal
The strategy has been to achieve two goals : 1 ) Increase the opportunities for Swedish R & I interests to get impact in future programs and calls . 2 ) Contribute so that Swedish stakeholders creates national and European consortia so they are able to get increased participation in projects and reply to calls conducted in H2020 .
Expected results and effects
Forum has offered financial, and in terms of expertise, support to identify suitable areas and actors in the H2020 . The Forum roadmaps have been analyzed in order to gear up towards the European arena. A survey has been conducted to capture the Swedish research and innovation operators view of the transport program in Horizon 2020. A conference in Brussels togheter with other platforms ( Forest and Fuel ( f3) ) , focusing on transport efficiency . Support for the development of the basis for input to the Commission´s work on the Strategic Transport Research Arena ( STRIA ) .
Planned approach and implementation
Forum has used its website to disseminate information about the support forum has offered ( travel grants , konsortiebidrag ) Forum roadmaps have been used in European cooperation Forum has identified weaknesses in earlier work that may be used in future work Forum has established contact with representatives of ERRTRAC and continues to work with other technology platforms in the future work Forum has organized a joint event with other platforms ( Forest, Fuel - F3) and there is interest to arrange also next year
