Purpose and goal

Our programme had two main goals: Mission development: We have achieved a defined mission for the Eating system, with a focus on driving the demand for healthy and sustainable food in Sweden until 2034. This meant engaging over 30 partners, mapping the Eating System and describing specific interventions. Innovations program Blueprint: We designed a plan to foster collaboration, transformative solutions and scalability. It included a governance structure, financial model and communication framework, which led to our proposal to Impact Innovation Program.

Expected results and effects

Results include: 1. Engaged over 30 partners successfully. 2. Mapped the eating system and identified key areas. 3.Defined our mission: "Make healthy and sustainable eating the norm in Sweden until 2034" with specific interventions. Going forward we will aim for (provided we are part of Impact Innovation): 1. Continued growth and engagement, focusing on promoting healthy and sustainable diets and implementing our plans. 2 Continuous program monitoring and adaptation to address new challenges and opportunities in the food system

Planned approach and implementation

The implementation process was characterized by collaboration with our committed partners. We conducted workshops and deepened research initiatives. Through these activities, we effectively mapped the complex and interconnected Eating system, which was crucial in defining our mission: to make healthy and sustainable eating the norm in Sweden by 2034. Our approach was characterized by its adaptability and responsiveness to the ever-changing landscape of the food system, which ensures that we are prepared to meet future challenges and opportunities.
