Important results from the project

With the pilot study iHubs Sweden Capacity for Innovation, the ambition is to work out a basis for a process management support to increase the innovation and collaboration capacity within the Vinnväxt initiatives that can be started up in 2019 with the purpose of how the environments can be more successful with how they work with innovation, system innovation and transformation, thus ensuring more long-term and viable innovation environments. This has resulted in the application iHubs Sweden - Capacity for innovation and transformation that has been submitted to Vinnova.

Expected long term effects

The pilot study has identified how risks can be reduced in order for initiatives to stagnate and be delayed by unforeseen structural changes. Through this we can exchange existing innovation projects and environments to reach the next level of innovation height and transformation. An important ambition is to ensure that the process support will "live on" after the special effort against Vinnväxt.

Approach and implementation

The preliminary study has been coordinated by iHubs Sweden with a project manager and operational steering group. The project manager has worked on compiling the input from the steering group, interviews with process leaders for Vinnväxtinitiativ and workshop between iHubs Swden and Vinnväxtinitiativ. A draft set-up was developed that has served as a basis for involving relevant external actors. The parties have jointly proposed approach, activities, timetable and budget for a project that will adapt, further develop and implement process support for the target group Vinnväxt.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
